What Trenova does
Trenova helps you go from trip ideas to a real itinerary. You share where you are going, when, and what you care about—pace, food, culture, budget, travelling with kids, and more—and we turn it into a structured, day-by-day itinerary you can scan, adjust, and actually use.
You stay in charge of bookings: flights, hotels, trains, and tickets are still yours to confirm when you are ready. Trenova is the sketch before you paint in the details.
The trip planner
Open the planner and walk through a short set of questions. Destinations, dates, who is travelling, and how you like to travel—nothing cryptic, just the kind of thing you would tell a friend who is great at planning trips.
Change your mind? Go back and tweak your answers anytime before generating.
Your draft plan
When you generate, we turn your answers into a structured draft: suggested days, activities, and notes written in plain language so you can skim, reorder ideas in your head, and spot what excites you first.
Treat it as a smart first pass—a running start, not the final word. For bookings and travel requirements (visas, schedules, accessibility), double-check with official sources.
Your itinerary page
Each plan lives on its own trip page: one place to read the full route, adjust details where editing is available, and come back later from your account without digging through email threads.
On a paid plan, you may also get an extra detailed view for the same trip—more depth per day when that option is turned on for you.
Your trips list (recent)
While you are signed in, recent plans show up together so you can reopen something you started yesterday and pick up where you left off—no need to regenerate from zero every time.
That list is great for work in progress. If you want favourites to stick around longer, use Saved trips on a paid plan (below), or copy anything you love into your notes or calendar.
Saved trips (paid, long-term)
On a paid subscription, heart-save itineraries into Saved trips so the ones you love stay easy to find across sessions—handy when you are comparing a few destinations or planning ahead for next year.
On the free tier you’ll see an option to upgrade where saving is available. Curious what is included? Compare plans on Upgrade.
Free vs paid
Free tier is there so you can try the flow and build real trips within the limits you see in the app. Paid tiers add room for heavier use and extras like saved trips and richer reports when those features are available for your account.
If you subscribe, renewal and cancellation work the way you expect in the product; for the legal wording, our Terms and Refund policy have the details.
Trip-ready tips
Before wheels up, give the draft a quick pass: plug activities into maps, peek at recent reviews, check weather and local events, and save confirmations somewhere offline-friendly.
