Terms of Use

These terms explain how you can use Trenova and our services. Please read them carefully.

Introduction

Welcome to Trenova (“Trenova”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy (billing, cancellation, and refunds where applicable).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Trenova, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You're responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

Description of Service

Trenova is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates suggested itineraries based on user input.

Trenova is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider, and does not arrange or provide travel services. We do not sell tickets, reservations, or packages, and we are not a party to any transaction you make with third parties. This applies even when the Service surfaces third-party offers, links, or recommendations.

In particular, the Service:

  • does not provide professional travel, legal, financial, or immigration advice;
  • does not guarantee bookings, fares, or availability with any airline, hotel, ground transport, or other provider;
  • is for informational and planning purposes only.

The Service may change or evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed. Some features may be experimental or in beta and may not function as expected.

AI Disclaimer

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated outputs for making travel decisions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure;
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to: contact@trenova.ai.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require payment. The following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.
  • We may use third-party payment processors to handle billing.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf; certain rights you have against the seller of digital services therefore apply against Paddle as well as us.

For cancellations, statutory rights where they apply, and how refund requests are handled, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy (including the statutory withdrawal section where relevant).

Acceptable Use

You may use Trenova for personal, non-commercial travel planning only. You may not:

  • scrape, copy, or resell content generated by the Service;
  • attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law;
  • submit inputs or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, graphically violent, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors;
  • transmit malware, exploits, or automated abuse, or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam;
  • use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes, resale, or paid redistribution without our prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Trenova platform — including design, code, and branding — belong to Trenova. Your inputs remain yours.

You grant Trenova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your inputs for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. This includes having trusted service providers (such as hosting and AI inference vendors) process inputs on our behalf as reasonably needed to run the Service.

You may use AI-generated outputs for personal use, including sharing your itinerary or excerpts with friends, family, or travel companions to organise your own trip. Commercial use, resale, or broader redistribution (for example, publishing itineraries as a paid product, licensing outputs to third parties, or using them as part of a service you sell) requires our prior written consent.

You may not use the Service or its outputs to develop, train, or improve competing products or services. This restriction applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers (for example, maps, travel data, booking platforms, and similar tools or feeds). We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or completeness, or for their content, policies, or practices.

Affiliate links & commissions

We may include links to third-party services (for example, tickets, tours, or experiences) and may earn a commission, referral fee, or similar compensation if you make a purchase through those links.

Those links are provided for your convenience. They do not mean we endorse, operate, or control the third party, and we are not responsible for their products, pricing, or policies. Whether you use a link or complete a purchase is entirely your choice.

Availability & Changes to Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. We may:

  • modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability;
  • perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including for example internet or service outages, failures of third-party providers or integrations, natural events or disasters, or governmental or regulatory actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe your use:

  • violates these Terms; or
  • poses a risk to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • accuracy;
  • reliability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trenova shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • travel losses;
  • booking issues;
  • missed connections.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you made no payment to us in that period, our total liability is instead limited to a reasonable nominal amount.

Mandatory consumer rights

If you qualify as a consumer under the laws of your country or region, certain rights may not be excluded or limited by contract, including mandatory protections relating to digital content or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights where they cannot lawfully be waived.

For subscription cancellation, cooling-off or statutory withdrawal where it applies, and other refund-related information, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trenova and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trenova regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any provision will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Trenova.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or corporate reorganisation). You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Language. These Terms are published in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law in the event of a conflict.
